As a Non-Executive Director at IEP, you'll join a board comprising 6 to 10 members from diverse backgrounds, collectively providing governance oversight. Your primary responsibilities will include governance oversight, approval of the annual operational plan, and contributing to the selection of the CEO. Board meetings occur approximately four times per year, and this role is voluntary, ensuring a manageable workload. It's a pro bono position as the Institute is a not-for-profit organisation. The role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our global mission.
